The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

Went in because I had debris stuck in my eye and a possible scratched cornea, the staff was very helpful in trying to help me and keep me comfortable, when they realized the equipment wasn’t available at the location I was in, they were kind enough to help me schedule an appointment at a different location. Overall it was a great experience despite my situation. Thanks again to the lovely staff!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
