          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           I feel robbed, I called twice before going and explained what I had and needed, and asked if they could attend me because I didn't want to pay 200 dollars and be told to go to urgent care. When I arrived at the place, I went back and asked, and they said they could see me. I paid, and when the doctor saw me, they told me to go to urgent care. I asked if they could refund my money because they didn't just tell me to go to emergency; they didn't return anything, not even part of the money. This is an outright scam, and they should be ashamed of providing such a service.

          Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.
