The staff was friendly and pleasant. The young lady that took my information and vitals was quick.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Needed a DOT physical quickly. Scheduled one via the website before the office opened. I was met by friendly staff,and as soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Dr Narshall was hus usual cheerful self. The entire process was easy and pleasant.

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

Walked in and explained my medical concern. They where very friendly and quickly texted a check in list to my phone. I completed the check in and 15 or so minutes later I was called in for my preliminary assessment. A short time later the practitioner came in to see me. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Great fast , professional service! I don’t want to but, if necessary I will go back for their excellent care😊

The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
