The front office and the nurses were excellent. However, the doctor that I had, did not have the best bed side manners. I felt like she was very condescending. I was in so much pain and she was not the as considerate as she should have been. She also over talked ma and her tone was not very favorable. I left feeling worst than I did when I came in.  To her defense, I’m not sure if her tone/behavior was a cultural thing and I misread her. I am now on my way to the emergency room.

Symptoms worsened since diagnosis from primary care practice. Couldn’t see me but recommended an urgent care center or emergency room. This center is absolutely wonderful. I was seen promptly and felt so secure with such fine care. Thank all the medical staff for helping me.

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Finally able to get out of bed to there and didn't have to wait long to be seen and taken care of.

I choose and recommend this urgent care above any other because the of the quick easy response and appointment.  Checking in is pleasant quick easy. Staff and care is always professional and efficient thorough informative.

Was in and out before i knew it. Was given great care and was told to call back incase of any questions.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Just moved back to Philly. Had a bad fall. Went to ur Urgent Care. Was taken right away and treated right away. They were very thorough. Now that I live near u if anything happens, some sort of emergency, I would definitely go back!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
