So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. Everything was smooth from start to finish.  The app to get the insurance card picture looks like it didn’t load the first time.  I had to redo the picture scanning when checking in at the office.  If you can get that app fixture.  Then. The whole experience is perfect service.

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing
