          I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there  and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didn’t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didn’t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe that’s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

          My worse nightmare of needing an urgent care visit on a Saturday at 6pm. Surprisingly I found Carbon Health Urgent Care with several appointments available. The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly.           My husband has pneumonia, so as soon as I started coughing, I made an appointment at the new Marque Urgent Care on Alicia Parkway.  It was so easy to start an account and get in quickly.  The place is beautiful and the staff was so friendly.  Check-in was fast.  The PA was so knowledgeable about my asthma and gave me meds to keep it from becoming worse.  I feel so much better after only 2 days.They contacted me by phone and text to make sure I was better.  Love this place!
