Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I was very happy with the staff, they were very professional and attentive. However the on line doctor did not react to my needs. She was professional but wouldn’t prescribe what I needed for my extreme back pain and left without any help! Today I can barely walk!!

I walked in today and had to wait over an hour but expected.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
