Very happy with the staff and the doctor was very professional and a huge help

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly. I was extremely pleased and will recommend DOCS always!

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Back pain had gotten worse over last week. My PT/chiropractor said to go to ER or Urgent Care. I chose Atlantic. At first was discouraged at check in bc I felt as though I was being pushed to ER. But glad I chose to wait it out bc nurse practitioner was lovely and just what I needed for my neck step in this healing process.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
