Had pink eyes this morning and went to Modern MD Urgent care. Within 20 minutes I was finished. Each staff was professional and easy going with their job. I just want to thank everyone for their service.

Very competent staff . Answered all my questions without hesitation. Will definitely return on my next trip from Canada

I came in after going over the handlebars while mountain biking to get a cut on my chin looked at and to have my hand evaluated for broken bones. The care I received was excellent.

I walked in today and had to wait over an hour but expected.

They are very nice professional and kind  The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The young lady that took my information and vitals was quick.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

All the staff was ery attentive and efficient. I was in and out on a Holiday!

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

We walked in so it was a simple process. The office was clean and tidy. The check process is where it went wrong. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. No greeting, smile, customer service training. Her appearance was sloppy as if she didn't care she was coming to work. She had her ear buds in while assisting people. You had to either assume what to do, or from prior visits knowledge, because no instruction was provided. She looked miserable. The only time she was nice was when the delivery guy brought her food, that she ate at the desk. She makes it's very clear that she doesn't care for her job. She makes you feel bad for making her work. As if she's used to just sitting there and intimidating everyone from wanting to come in for assistance. The MA that assisted the doctor was amazing. DR. Was amazing. This would be a wonderful place if there was better staff.
