Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
