Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

Back pain had gotten worse over last week. My PT/chiropractor said to go to ER or Urgent Care. I chose Atlantic. At first was discouraged at check in bc I felt as though I was being pushed to ER. But glad I chose to wait it out bc nurse practitioner was lovely and just what I needed for my neck step in this healing process.
