Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

Courtney the PA was amazing. Addressed all of my concerns and was super pleasant. Appreciative of the entire staff.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

The staff and providers were so friendly. Couldn't have had a better experience. Going to urgent care isn't fun but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient
