The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

Quick. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable.

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! Kudos to the young ladies who took care of me and listened to my excessive chatter! YOU ALL ROCK!  #PurpleLuva

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.
