I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!

The wait time was a bit long, but I did arrive at a very busy time in the afternoon. (I had to return today so I arrived at 7:15am and was seen immediately!) ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE AS NICE AS COULD BE!!! The front desk people were swamped, but still managed to be completely organized and very competent at a stressful time of the day. The technicians who took care of me each day were AWESOME, super nice, friendly, cheerful and smart who both displayed the type of bedside manner we all hope to receive wherever we go. I would absolutely return and would encourage others to go to that particular office as well!

The two staff who were working were great. Great because they are overwhelmed And still managed to take care of everyone.

I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online so my wait time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that everyone was very professional
