Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Very easy very easy as well The people I dealt with, were very friendly and helped me with the paperwork using my phone. They were all very friendly. They were all nice and very helpful. Very happy with the staff and the doctor was very professional and a huge help

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

This place is a great find. The appointment availability is excellent  This last time it was a bit of a wait (45 mins) but it was a Saturday morning.  Usually the wait is less than ten minutes  Each care provider I’ve seen seems sharp, concerned for my issue and takes the time to understand what is going on  I’ve always left with a treatment plan that works.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..
