I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.
