Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

They were great. Didn’t wait and the staff and doctor were very helpful.

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Promptly checked us in and  took us inside. Competent, caring and helpful. would not hesitate to return there if needed in the future.. I would definitely recommend them.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!
