When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

I woke up this morning and my right side of my  face was swollen , I checked in for an appointment and got my issue taken care of thank you. I also have an appointment Saturday first thing CT on face thank you should be ok

I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

I found this walk in center to be far superior than the other one near stop and shop The nurse was like a doctor very very informative and pleasant  The Doctor was the same  I was very glad to have gone there with my issues
