I came in after going over the handlebars while mountain biking to get a cut on my chin looked at and to have my hand evaluated for broken bones. The care I received was excellent.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The young lady that took my information and vitals was quick.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

The staff were friendly and patient with my little one. Dr. Adeyemi was informative and worked with care. The office is always clean and quick with service.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Very easy, friendly and welcoming. Felt comfortable sharing very private information.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online on the day I needed to see a doctor. I was in and out of the Dr’s office in literally 20 minutes with a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away! Twenty four hours later and I’m feeling so much better! Highly recommend!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.
