The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Appointment was easy to make. Reception was excellent and wait time was minimal. Doctor listened to problem and was able to prescribe medication.

Everything went smooth and easy, doc was clear and gentle, nurses were kind and friendly. All with the max of professionalism. I really recommend this urgent care!

I did not have an appointment. I walked in before 8 PM. They were very attending to me.  I was in pain and they made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait long before they took care of me, I would definitely recommend Spotswood urgent care

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Was worried as the last urgent care I went to was horrible, but AFC Urgent Care North Bergen was excellent. Not crowded and they took us right away. Staff and Doctor were very friendly.
