Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

The team was amazing and the care was exceptional. Wait time was very quick 5 minutes.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. Had stomach discomfort for 3 days so decided to try this clinic.  I was pleasantly surprised on all levels.  Many tests were taken and diagnosis given by the PA.  Would definitely recommend this location!

I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

Knew I had to be seen for a sinus infection.  I booked an appt for first thing in the morning on Saturday. Online checkin for insurance and ID was a breeze. Arrived Saturday, greeted by Mahalia, who was pleasant, welcoming, and professional.  I was taken in the room by Desiree, she was knowledgeable and cheery. The whole appt was less than 45 mins ! Great establishment ! Caring people! Very efficient!
