Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

As a recommendation from my insurance company, I need one to go to an urgent care and it was my insurance company. I found this one. They are very courteous polite on time checking in is really simple. All questions are answered and your needs are taken care of. I would recommend them if the needs should arrive.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Had a tight muscle and went in have it looked at. Booked online and did not have to do anything once I arrived. I was called in and looked at in 10 minutes. Everyone was helpful and nice. My visit notes were sent soon after I left. Good experience.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Schedule was easy done online   The front desk people are very nice and were very helpful , The P.A.  was very nice and straight to the point , she listen to what I had to say  Check in was easy and the online schedule is so convenient. The was good    The only problem I had was it could be a little cleaner in the rooms and the trash was so high over stack in the room,  Also I think when you leave the office they should be able to print what you were seen for and what medications were giving .    Over all no issues and I would go back here again and I would tell family and friends about this place

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
