I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online so my wait time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that everyone was very professional

I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
