I was a walk in and staff are always amazing. Met with a smile as i walk through the door. I seem to be a regular visitor there and the staff always makes me feel at ease.

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Eve thing ultra professional. Staff so helpful and friendly. Concerned about each patient and responsive to needs on an individual basis.

Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move.
