There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Never happened They called me @8.30 and cancel , the person didn't show up to work

The Nurse Practitioner, Emanuela, was wonderful, caring and professional.

Professional and efficient staff.  I had been bitten by a tick, and they got me a prescription for antibiotics quickly. They were all very nice to me. I would definitely recommend them.

Got in car accident and my whole neck and back is in pain

I had a tough time using my cell phone because of my age. The person at the front desk was terrific helped me quite a bit. Had a couple staples removed on my head. Both people in the back were fantastic.

I injured my lower back earlier in the week and was having a hard time getting around. The staff at DOCS were very helpful and understanding and squeezed me in first thing. Would definitely recommend this provider.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

First time there waiting time was expected, I did a walk in , receptionist was great she helped me out with checking in, had issue with my iphone  the doctor was on point

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
