The staff were very friendly and they made the process smooth. We were well taken care of. We would highly recommend urgent care for kids.

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

This is a place to go,if you want your kids to feel better and stronger. I love the way their nurses and doctors will attend to you, like very fast and good 👍. God bless you all my family appreciate.

Was able to book an appointment and get seen the same day.  Only thing I disliked was that the provider didnt introduce herself nor did she has a badge on her.  She was attentive and answered my questions but would of liked her to have a badge on her so I would be able to identify her.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.
