The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I was satisfied with the care and treatment I received . I had to wait but that’s to be understood with the number of people that needed to be seen before me. I was pleased that I did not have to have an appt in order to be seen. In retrospect , the treatment I received made me feel so much better. I would recommend and visit again myself.

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???
