Clinic did not have catheters, I was referred to ER, very disappointed

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Walked in, took my 3 year old daughter. Was able to make it before closing time , everyone was friendly most I waited over all was around 2hours .

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.
