Everytime I go to Immediate Care in Lakeshore. There is never a long wait. Everyone is nice and I am in and out and able to get my prescription and get home to continue to rest. I have referred this place to other people and I will continue to come back when I am and sick

I went to this doctor only to find out that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. They’re the weight was not too bad maybe 30 minutes, but the staff was fabulous. I had to have x-rays done. I had to have shots. I had the doctor she came in and she met with me and she really paid attention to what I was saying And I greatly appreciated that. When I left, I felt like a new person and I’m still going on today. They even stayed almost an hour after their closing time and they had the best friendliest wonderful list attitudes I’ve ever seen. So I just want to say thank you And I will go back there.

They were very helpful, attentive, and caring. They seemed like they actually cared and listened to my concerns and offered options for treatment and it all went very quickly. I Highly recommend these guys!

Waited four hours  to be seen along wait. That ok . I was sick and needed relief . Everyone was so nice it was worth the wait  I’ll be back not soon
