          Everyone at Indigo Urgent Care was extremely helpful & incredibly nice. They listened to me, checked everything out, & formulated a great plan of care. I appreciated that when one of the providers was not entirely sure about something she got a second opinion from another provider, which was great.

          check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

          The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

          I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

          Damaged my back in yard work. Excellent service.. wait time good. The injection worked overnight. Any chance to pop in today for another injection? First one wore off overnight?           I was in a hurry because of several back and infection issues I was worried about. Everybody at Indigo were caring and kind. Jen, the doctor who saw us was so kind and caring and had some x-rays taken of my sternum, which turned out to be broken. They followed up with a call after someone examined the x-ray.  These people. Jen especially were just wonderful to someone like me who had just had an incredibly stressful month . I would certainly recommend them My second visit here was as wonderful as the first time. Not only are they very good, but they are so nice, which means a lot. In the mean Time, I know other folks who have had equally impressive visits here. I recommend them!
