Staff is courteous and caring.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Everything was smooth and quick and the staff was friendly

Great follow up visit, I would recommend  as a primary care doctor.  The staff is great and make the process to easy.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I walked in urgent care so they could check out my left knee from a fall. Within minutes I was in a room and soon after I had X-rays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
