          I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

          Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

          Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

          I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician.           My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child.           The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???
