I received wonderful care. The staff was pleasant and fast care.

I thought  scheduling for appointment  would cut the waiting time but still took 2hours of my time.

The staff was great, the paper work wasn’t to bad, wait time was like she said, the Doctor was very professional

I was in a hurry because of several back and infection issues I was worried about. Everybody at Indigo were caring and kind. Jen, the doctor who saw us was so kind and caring and had some x-rays taken of my sternum, which turned out to be broken. They followed up with a call after someone examined the x-ray.  These people. Jen especially were just wonderful to someone like me who had just had an incredibly stressful month . I would certainly recommend them My second visit here was as wonderful as the first time. Not only are they very good, but they are so nice, which means a lot. In the mean Time, I know other folks who have had equally impressive visits here. I recommend them!

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

We went to the Bonney Lake location, but there was a 3 hour wait. The staff called the Ording location and was able to schedule us. When we arrived at Ording, there was no waiting. They took our information and brought us to the treatment room. This level of service is outstanding.

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Very happy with our urgent care visit.  Staff that greeted us was friendly, check in time was reasonable, and Gabe, our PA, was great.

Assigned me to have a lab test.  They forgot to tell me that I needed to not eat or drink for 10 hours before the test.  Have to reschedule in 2 days.

Staff very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Scheduling was easy online and using the app makes it even better.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Every time I’ve been to the Ruston Urgent Care (and the one in Bridgeport) I’m left feeling good because everyone is so kind, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend either of those locations. Great job!
