Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.
