Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

Check on had a bit to be desired as the girl at the check in desk treated us completely different then everyone that walked in after us. She didn't even greet us. Dr. Mark, the girl that checked vitals and the girl who did X-rays were very nice but if I based our experience on just check on I would never come back.

There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). Had an ear ache (swimmers ear) from swimming the previous weekend and it progressively got worse. Was able to schedule the appointment quickly and when I got there I realized I went to the wrong Live Urgent Care. They quickly and efficiently got that screw up on my part straightened out and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.
