I had a great experience at this urgent care. The scheduling process was easy, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was very short. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I felt well cared for and was happy with the quality of care I received. The office was also clean and welcoming. Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

Staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. The only difficulty has been the app not recognizing me after I've entered my information, which is making logging in impossible. If/when this is resolved, I'd appreciate it and update the scheduling rating accordingly.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

The process to check in was easy and I was waited on rather quickly. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and I was confident in their recommendations. I was in and out pretty quickly and satisfied with my visit. Everyone was very courteous.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
