          I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better.           The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.

          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           Woke up in the morning knowing I needed to see a doctor after the night before. I called the clinic and was told to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, and the online intake form was quick and simple to complete. Within less than five minutes, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was friendly, took my medical history, and checked my vitals. Sarah, the NP, then examined me and showed genuine concern for my health. She listened to my situation, explained the plan clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient service, and genuine concern for patients. Highly recommend this clinic!

          Needed surgical clearance for cosmetic surgery- they got me in and out in under an hour as a walk in with no appointment!           I’ve Had Such A Great Experience With The Whole Team At Care For Kids Conroe! Alyssa, Daniela, Adrianna, And NP Tiffiny Are All Amazing. They Took Such Great Care Of My Baby Boy And Made Sure He Was Comfortable And Well Taken Care Of Throughout His Visit. ❤️ Everyone Was Friendly, Welcoming, Professional, And Truly Caring. NP Tiffiny Was Patient And Attentive, And Alyssa And Daniela Were So Kind And Helpful. Adrianna Also Did A Great Job Making Sure Everything Ran Smoothly. I Truly Appreciate The Care And Kindness They Showed My Baby Boy. Thank You All For Providing Such Great Service And Making Us Feel Like We Were In Good Hands!
