Had been putting off seeing a doctor about a chronic intermittent problem but when it was getting worse decided on Doctors Urgent Care at Northlake as they have taken excellent care of me each time I went for a health problem. This time was no different, scheduling and check in very easy on the the internet. Staff as always showed their knowledge, care and compassion giving time when needed.

Was able to get same day appointment. The Dr/NP (don’t know credentials) was very prompt once we got in the room and was quick in her diagnosis. Only issue I had was she didn’t call in the prescription that day, or at least in time for me to pick it up. Also very hard to get ahold of the clinic itself, had to keep pushing “put me in queue “ over n over. Hoping their app will solve that problem.

Easy to schedule, staff was friendly and the dr was awesome. Took her time to explain and address all issues and made the diagnosis age appropriate for my daughter to understand.

Knowledgeable and friendly .  Felt relieved when we left. Called in prescription and then we were out the door. Will be our” go to place “ in the future. Yes I would recommend them !

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
