I was really worried about my babies eye this past week and I looked up some places to go to see about getting the right help for him. And found this place and booking the appointment online was fast and easy having everything done before we came in was great and coming into the establishment was great as well. To check in did take long and having to wait didn’t take long at all either. And the employees are all really nice and kind they have the best customer service that have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. And the doctor was great she answered all my questions and concern that had and I left there feeling a lot better then when I came in.

It was excellent.  Received excellent care. Scheduling online is easy as is checkin. The staff and caring recd were awesome.

Raye is always so thoughtful and listens. Great bedside manner. We always get great care there!

Had been putting off seeing a doctor about a chronic intermittent problem but when it was getting worse decided on Doctors Urgent Care at Northlake as they have taken excellent care of me each time I went for a health problem. This time was no different, scheduling and check in very easy on the the internet. Staff as always showed their knowledge, care and compassion giving time when needed.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
