This is always an easy process. Booking is easy, the wait time is nonexistent, and the service is great.

Good evening. Yesterday had to see urgent care for the first time. I let them know the reason I was there check in was easy. They check everything that was required for my visit and call in my meds and I was on my way. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The waiting was extremely long, almost 3 hours. The medication was called in a couple of hours after leaving clinic . There should be more staff to assist with busy time of year.

Everything was good except the wait time. Took about 50 minutes to be seen and I was sent to this location since the usual one was out of service at the time. I had an appointment and usually it’s quick, but not this time.

Took my kids here and loved it the doctor and nurses were friendly will definitely recommend to my friends

We had a great experience at this urgent care for kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming. The front desk made check-in easy, and we were seen quick.   Would definitely recommend this provider.

Everything was great the wait time, booking and more. They are the best place to go and they make sure to let you know what's wrong before you leave.

Very caring staff would for sure recommend. The wait time was less than 5 min. Beside manners was great.

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.
