I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Everything was great, the wait was a little longer than usual. It is expected during this season. This is the only place I use for urgent care matters when the primary pediatric office is closed. Great service.

This is a place to go,if you want your kids to feel better and stronger. I love the way their nurses and doctors will attend to you, like very fast and good 👍. God bless you all my family appreciate.

Everything about this clinic is great, except the wait time. I am not talking about scheduling and check in. With nobody in waitlist ahead of us, we are prepared to be there 1:45 to 2:00 hrs. This is the third time it happens now. We still come back because they are great but it does take a long time.

This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.
