I love the ct ave Docs location, it’s easy, accesible and every provider and staff I meet always treats me with respect and kindness. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly ! And the wait time is fast and easy to schedule.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

As always staff kind and professional. Scheduling went smoothly - no problem. Check in was fine. Front staff were professional and smiled when I approached.  Care was like it’s always been - never had a problem. Doctor was not in the office but I spoke with her through the computer on line. Weather was snowy so I was grateful for seeing/hearing her on line.

Absolutely saved me on thanksgiving, I thought I was screwed when I saw I caught the flu, but they were open and they even stayed open a lil later for me so I could get the care I needed even tho it was a holiday. Can’t ask for any better. 100% would recommend
