I came in without an appointment and was seen with in 15 min.  I’ve been hear before and have always had a good experience.  Staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor is thorough and engaging.  So helpful.

You should be able to schedule a dot physical if the provider is available .

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

There was a wait but that’s not any fault of the staff. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me within the hour. Everyone is very kind, informative, and helpful

Manager was very helpful, kind, attentive and very compassionate. This was the safest I’ve ever felt at any facility. If I’m in need of anything this will be the DOCS I will always go to and will definitely refer to others

It took over an hour and a 1/2 to get seen by a Doctor after completing all the paperwork I think it would benefit you to hook with MyChart for most of your patients it's a long process coming in to your walking

They are awesome. Fast, friendly, most importantly they listen to your concerns and what you tell them is going on and then check you out and you‘re done.  I would go again. ❤️
