Notice a mark that looked like a tick bite to me. The spot was examined and the PA consulted with other staff. It appeared more like fungus so a cream was prescribed but I also got a one dose antibiotic just in case it was a tick. I was relieved and agreed to a medical regimen

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

I was surprised that only after arriving I was told it would be a virtual visit. Also I do not understand why I had to pay two copays, one for each health insurance I have. The manager is lovely.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

I wanted to check for pink eye. I was okay until I had to be looked at through a telehealth video screen. I could have done this at home and saved $55. I have telehealth through my insurance. I am disappointed!

Needed to get a covid test so I called but the message said to go on line. I did and it was easy. At check-in I was asked to finish on my phone. I wasn't feeling good and was waiting for a code when the man said do it on paper instead. It was a lot when feeling bad and I should have just insisted on doing it on the phone. I finally got in and had the test done and was told it takes 10 minutes for results. After 15 minutes passed I waved to the man who said let me look. It was done and nobody checked. The bathroom was out of order although they let me use another. The people seemed nice but I just didn't get a great feeling about the place. I can't recommend them but I won't discourage others who may have a better visit.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.
