Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

They care about my health. Thanks very much.. I am very grateful for the help they provide for me, they are awesome.

Staff were excellent and should be commended for there professionalism

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

Team here are always welcoming and helpful. Booking an appt online is very easy and they accept walk-ins! They always go above and beyond,highly recommend this urgent care!! The provider Palanca  is one of a kind.

First time at urgent care, staff was very nice n quick helpful. Doctor was kind n understood  issues. N arranging test quick. Good place to go to. The care was very good too.

I was a walk in and staff are always amazing. Met with a smile as i walk through the door. I seem to be a regular visitor there and the staff always makes me feel at ease.

Great fast , professional service! I don’t want to but, if necessary I will go back for their excellent care😊
