Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

I am vacationing here and developed symptoms of UTI. I haven’t used an urgent care facility for several years. The website was pretty easy to schedule appointment. Staff was very friendly and provider was as well. Total time spent there was 2 hours which I feel was excessive for urgent care. I am a retired nurse so very familiar with how things need to flow. I am grateful to be able to be seen. Thank you!

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

They forgot to send my prescription to CVS.👎🏻 Otherwise Dr was caring and helpful

I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. Turns out the medication I was prescribed has not worked on my bronchitis, if that’s what I actually have? I will have to go to a real doctor, not a PA to get a correct diagnosis. A waste of my time and money. They want me to go back for another diagnosis. So they can get it wrong again. No thanks!
