I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there  and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didn’t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didn’t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe that’s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

Took son over weekend to have foot looked at. After X-ray my son who is 10 said he really liked the staff (they talked to him kindly). There was no wait, received disc of X-ray result, fitted for a boot and given crutches with 30 minutes. A great urgent care experience, easy parking, very clean facility and all of the staff were friendly and professional.

Great medical care. Excellent facility, range if services. Knowledgeable professionals and staff who are friendly, quick and efficient.

This is the perfect place for what I need. I need easy availability with decent day time hours. Doctor made sure that I knew how to proceed with my care. Highly recommended!

Easy to book the spot thru Solv.    No wait when I got there.  The nursing staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was provided great medical care and advice.  Great experience with Ventura urgent care and using the Solv Ao.

Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

More emphasis to be considered in sheduling appointments, especially for elderly patients. Doctor and Staff were exceptionally helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. Thanks to all

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
