I've come to this clinic for a very long time. I've always been treated with respect and thoughtfulness and never had too ling of a wait time. I do make sure that if I need to visit the urgent care I come during hours that may not be as busy. I waited for maybe 10 min today, i had to wait in my car due to covid restrictions. I first spoke with Sandra at the front desk she was great, I also met with 2 nurses, both were also fantastic. My dr today was Dr Read. Again fantastic. I've never had any issue here and my primary care and neurologist Dr. Ali is here too.

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Met with Dr. Smith who spent significant time with me. Friendly and easy to understand, didn’t talk above me. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Thanks Ocean Medical Redondo Beach, Walt, patient for ever
