I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. Went in because I had debris stuck in my eye and a possible scratched cornea, the staff was very helpful in trying to help me and keep me comfortable, when they realized the equipment wasn’t available at the location I was in, they were kind enough to help me schedule an appointment at a different location. Overall it was a great experience despite my situation. Thanks again to the lovely staff!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
