I came in for a broken toe. Every staff member from the front desk, medical assistant, x-ray tech, and doctor was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I was in and out of there very quickly. I never leave reviews but I just had to this time because of how great my experience was.

I had an emergency due to Allergies the staff was very fast to assist me due to my health. I would like to thank the staff for helping me as well the care they provide. Ones again Thank You

I have to be honest I would rather go to urgent care then my own primary doctor ,, office staff friendly ,, love all the doctors  and waiting rooms clean

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was a huge relief waking up feeling sick but finding out how easy it was booking an appointment and getting the attention I needed. Great staff - very professional and polite! Thank You for being there!
